For too long, the voices of asexual and aromantic folks have been sidelined in the global Pride movement. Acephobia often goes unnoticed, and systemic erasure—even within our own queer spaces—is a reality we face.

But we are changing the narrative.

Asexuality and aromanticism are vital parts of the global Pride tapestry. It is time to step out of the shadows, claim our space, and show the world that our stories are powerful, valid, and here to stay.

🎭 Bring Your Character to Life

We know that for many of our introverted members, the traditional “loud” crowd isn’t the comfort zone—and that is perfectly okay. Since 2023, Asexual Pride Asia has been dedicated to amplifying your voices through our annual literature. Now, we are taking it a step further.

We are officially launching a Moving Exhibition of Aro/Ace Puppet Characters for Pride parades and street theatre!

If you have a character, an original drawing, or a personal story, we want to bring it to the streets. We are transforming your creative work into Giant Puppets to join various Pride marches across the region.

  • You don’t need to be there in person.
  • We will handle the construction and funding.
  • Your art will represent you, standing tall and visible in the heart of the parade.
